- Receipt the tenants rent and pay the property owner fortnightly or monthly
- Advise if the tenant falls behind in their rental payment
- Print rent receipts for your tenant if required
- Pay any accounts out of the rent at the property owner request
- Email the property owner a statement monthly
- Provide the property owner an end of year summary for your accountant including receipted rent
- Cost $11 p/w ($572 pa) GST inclusive.
